I've spent 15+ years in finance and accounting, working across SaaS, e-commerce, professional services, EdTech, and nonprofits. I started in investment banking, spent 8 years at Cornerstone OnDemand, then led finance and operations at a private equity-backed portfolio company in the beauty space. I partner directly with Sales, Product, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain to architect how data is captured and reported, in systems that hold up under real business use, not just finance team review. What I bring to every engagement is simple: clean data, a process the team can actually follow, and reporting that gets used.

I'm also the volunteer Director of Finance for a nonprofit organization. I built out their full financial infrastructure as one connected package: a new chart of accounts, a QuickBooks setup, an expense management tool, event-by-event budgeting and reporting. One of the fundraising events I spearheaded last year beat its revenue goal by 25%.
